Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
At AI Growth Bots (operated by Hanna Krzheminska), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or revision.
To be eligible for a refund, your order must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain types of services are non-refundable, including:
– Ready-made AI bots, chatbots, and landing pages after full setup and delivery to the client
– Custom development services once the work has been completed according to the agreed terms
– Consultations and training
– Subscription-based services and technical support for the past period
A proof of payment is required to process a refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
– If the service was partially completed, but the client decided to discontinue
– If the client paid for an additional service but did not use it
– If the development process was initiated but the client suddenly changed requirements (subject to individual consideration)
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within the specified period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank – processing times may vary.

Discounted Services
Refunds are only available for regular-priced services. Discounted and promotional offers are non-refundable.
Revisions and Fixes
We provide fixes and improvements for chatbots and landing pages if:
– A bug or technical error is discovered due to our fault
– The service does not match the agreed-upon specifications
Revisions are not provided for free if:
– The client decides to change the project concept after completion
– Additional features are required that were not included in the original order
Support
– If your order includes technical maintenance, we will fix issues free of charge within the paid support period.
– After the support period ends, technical assistance must be purchased separately.
